Technical Training – The life at HVAC.
Throughout this Winter Session Players will learn:
- What we train at HVAC
- Cognition
- Competence
- Character
- How we train it:
- Through random variable sessions. Decision-making is situational and taught in game-like situations.
- Why we do it?
- To see and measure the development of the player.
- Help them feel more confident in themselves – on and off the pitch.
- To continue to cultivate the Joy and Passion for the game.
