From our youngest players to our most competitive travel squads, every Hudson Valley Athletic Club team is built on the same foundation the TOVO Methodology and our commitment to Competence, Cognition, and Character. Explore the teams that make up our club below.
HVAC Select
HVAC Select is our invitation-only program for players ready to compete on the international stage. Rosters are built each cycle from athletes nominated by their coaches based on performance, character, and commitment to the TOVO Methodology, not by open registration. For example, the 2026 HVAC Select roster was made up of players born between 2009 and 2011, who trained for two weeks at TOVO Academy in Sitges, Spain and competed at the Gothia Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden, the largest youth soccer tournament in the world.
Our Age Group Teams
U17 Tournament Team
Our U17 Tournament Team represents the top of the HVAC pathway today, with Spring Teams for college-age players planned for the future. This team is built so players can enjoy their high school season without conflicting with other club commitments. Players train and compete under the TOVO Methodology, sharpening tactical intelligence and technical execution against tough regional competition, all while building the habits and resume that college coaches look for. The program also includes access to Sports Recruits recruiting software and one-on-one guidance for college coaching.
U17 Girls Team
Our U17 Girls Team gives our most experienced female athletes a platform to compete at the highest level. Rooted in the same TOVO Methodology as the rest of the club, this team blends competitive league and tournament play with focused development, on and off the ball, as players prepare for the next step in their soccer journey. Players also have access to Sports Recruits recruiting software and one-on-one guidance for college coaching.
U15/16 Team
The U15/16 Team is where technical foundations turn into tactical maturity. As players grow into their bodies and their game, this squad bridges the gap between developmental soccer and the top competitive level, building the cognitive and physical tools needed as they move up through the club.
U12 Team
Our U12 Team is where the HVAC journey truly begins to take shape. Players build the technical foundation and love for the game that will carry them through their soccer career, learning the TOVO Methodology and its emphasis on Competence, Cognition, and Character from day one.
